You didn't ask, but we answered anyway. Say hello to our newest flavor: Maine Lobster! We dug into our founder's Maine roots when creating this new summer favorite. The Maine Lobster waffle is as crispy and fluffy as our other flavors, has no added sugar, and is of course gluten free. 

Serve with steamed clams or mussels, drizzle melted butter on top, or just eat it plain. No matter how you eat it, you'll love the whole lobster chunks mixed into our fluffy batter.
